This website has a short history, but I am long on IT experience. In brief, you should know the following about me: I have been working with Personal Computers since the early eighties and with PC networks since the late eighties. I have moved forward with Microsoft offerings all along to the present day. Keen Consulting successfully offered computer and network consulting from 1985 to 1997. I then maintained it part time while accepting an IT Director position for a high-speed wireless communications company in 1997, followed by a VP of Operations position for an Internet Service Provider (ISP) from 2001 to 2003, which was acquired by a larger ISP in 2003.

I developed Keen Consulting back to a full-time obligation in 2004 and will continue to fill the niche of providing professional IT services to companies who need to contract these services rather than increase staff. My expertise lies mainly with Microsoft servers and workstations in a single domain used by small to medium sized businesses (5 - 50 employees). My certification is for Microsoft Small Business Server 2003, an affordable combination of Server 2003, Exchange mail server and Sharepoint.
